The TEKK XT-10 is a top quality MIL-SPEC 810 rated, 16 channel scanning radio with advanced Lithium-Ion battery and rapid desk charger for the unbelievably low price of just $139 including programming on the frequencies and privacy code of your choice. The XT-10 is designed for use on the license free MURS frequency band as well as for authorized commercial and governmental VHF frequencies.  This radio has a rated power of 2 watts and is well suited for school use.  Additional information on FCC licensing is available at http://ultracareplus.com/FCC.aspx.

The UHF model XT-40 is available at the same price for those are eligible for private use GMRS frequencies or for licensed use on commercial and government frequencies.  Detailed specifications are available at www.info4u.us/XT10.pdf.  The factory warranty on this radio is one year covering parts, labor, and return shipping.  Information on optional service plans is available at http://ultracareplus.com/ServiceOptions.aspx.

The BPR40 is our most affordable professional grade radio by Motorola.  This is an extremely rugged and reliable radio built to exacting Motorola standards of 5 year Accelerated Life Testing to assure your radio works when you need it.   Although not as advanced in technology as the TEKK XT-10, the BPR40 represents a good balance of quality performance and price.

The BPR40 is a 5 watt 8 channel VHF (4 watts in UHF) radio with scan.  The BPR40 utilizes a high capacity Nickel Metal-Hydride battery and is supplied with a desk charger, pocket clip, flex antenna and a one year warranty.  Priced at only $209 with your choice of VHF or UHF models, the CP125 is an excellent choice for professional communications.  Programming on the frequencies of your choice is included.  Technical specifications are available at www.falcondirect.com/BPR40.

The Relm RPV516 is now several years old.  It's not the newest, the lightest, or the smallest, but if you want a good, solid, reliable radio at reasonable cost, this is an outstanding value.  Regency Electronics (the forerunner of Relm Wireless) was the first to introduce the transistor radio (1948) and they have been innovating every since.  Relm is the parent company of BK Radio, the radio of choice for the U.S. Forest Service, the U.S. Postal Service and other major users around the world.

The RPV516 is a 5 watt 16 channel scanning radio with convenient top mounted controls, a rugged flex antenna, pocket clip, Ni-MH battery and a rapid, conditioning desk charger, and a 2 year factory warranty.  A UHF model, the RPU416 is also available - both at the incredibly low price of just $219 including programming on the frequencies of your choice.  Additional information is available at www.info4u.us/RP16.pdf.

The Motorola CP125 is our lowest priced analog radio model with an LCD display.  This is an extremely rugged and reliable radio built to exacting Motorola standards of 5 year Accelerated Life Testing to assure your radio works when you need it.   Although not as advanced in technology as the TEKK XT-10, the CP125 represents a good balance of quality performance and price.  The CP125 is a 5 watt 4 channel radio with scanning capability and progrmmable front hot keys for easy selection of power levels, scan/on off, and other dealer programmable options.

The radio shown at the left is an excellent choice for use with an existing analog UHF 2-way radio system or starting a new system for in-plant or storage yard use. It's a brand new product, technically known as an HYT Model TC-610. We call it the Wash and Wear Radio!

This is a top level military grade radio designed for rough use. You can even wash it when it's dirty! It compares very well with other commercial radios such as the Motorola CP200 or PR400, yet it costs only $308 with a 2 year factory warranty! You can learn more about the TC-610 by visiting www.falcondirect.com/specials or just giving us a call to arrange for a 30 day evaluation without cost or obligation. And, by the way, if you are concerned about maintenance, check out our Time Share Program at www.ultracareplus.com. You'll see what sets us apart from our competion. We offer great prices and the best maintenance programs available anywhere!

HYT may be a new name to you but it is anything but new.  HYT's manufacturing operations are in China (as are most other manufacturers these days).  Without additional comment on the demise of American electronic manufacturing, we will simply say that in our opinion, HYT is the best of the bunch.  Established in 1993, HYT is a leading provider of professional wireless communication solutions. HYT has become one of the top five largest suppliers of professional two-way radios in the world and the number one radio supplier to mainland China. The company’s products are distributed in more than 60 countries across the globe, so we have no reservations in recommending HYT products to those we serve.

The TC-700 is a little more costly than some of the other models in our professional radios category.  Priced at $360, the TC-700 has features and value that put it in a category by itself.  For example, the TC-700 has a built in scrambler (a nice feature for those concerned with privacy), twice the audio of most other handheld radios (1 full watt versus 500 milliwatts for other models).  It has twice the warranty term of both the Motorola CP125 and DTR650.  With 5 watts of power in VHF and 4 watts in UHF, the TC-700 has power to communicate when needed.  You only have to use one to hear the difference.  The battery is a lightweight high capacity state of the art Lithium-Ion type and the TC-700 is MIL-SPEC 810F rated.  You can get your own PC programming kit for just $60!  We offer special trade-in and/or quantity pricing plans that make this one of our most affordable radios.  Call us at 800.489.2611 for additional information.  You'll be glad you did!  Technical specifications are available at www.info4u.us/TC-700.pdf.

There are probably more ICOM F11's in service with our customers than any other model in the professional radios category.  There are several reason for this.  First and foremost, it is a good reliable radio.  Additionally, it's been around for awhile.  Many of them have been in service for close to half a decade!  Speaking of half a decade, that's the term of the warranty we offer with this remarkable radio.  The F11 VHF model is rated at 5 watts and the F21 UHF model is rated at 4 watts.  Both radios are MIL-SPEC 810 rated with 16 channel scanning capability.

When you consider our low price of just $259 INCLUDING the 5 year warranty, you'll quickly come to realize why so many others have chosen the F11 and F21 models.  Additional information is available with complete technical specifications at www.info4u.us/f11.pdf.

The Motorola DTR650 is the only digital radio we offer in the professional radios category.  We can't advertise prices of this model on the Internet, but we can make a general statement that it is about a hundred dollars more than comparable analog models.  So what' the big deal about digital?  Well among other things, your calls can't be received on scanners.  If privacy is important, this is the radio for you, but that is only part of the story!  Digital radios talk further, sound better, have more features, batteries last longer, they weigh less, the antenna doesn't poke you in the ribs, and that's just for starters!

The DTR650 operates in the 900 MHz frequency band which is especially well suited for long range in-building use without a repeater - and no FCC license is required.  Not only can your calls be protected from public monitoring, you can even have private calling between individual users and/or groups (kind of like a Nextel without the monthly airtime charges!)  You can switch from audible to silent alerting, even send and receive text messages privately.  We could go and on, but we think you get this idea.  This is the cream of the crop, the pick of litter - simply, THE BEST!  Additional information is available at www.info4u.us/DTR.pdf. Check it out.  You won't be disappointed!  Call us at 800.489.2611 for our low prices on this great radio!

Several of the more popular options for our professional radios include a carrying case ($29), a speaker-microphone or headset with earpiece/lip microphone combination (your choice for $49), or a spare battery ($59).  Other options are available.  We offer a full line of office stations, repeaters, and mobiles.  Additional information is available at www.falcondirect.com/sitemap or call 800.489.2611 for availability and pricing.
